How-to Prep your wedding dress for a detail photo

If wedding detail photos are important to you then you’ll definitely want a detail photo of your wedding dress on the morning of your wedding. Having the right hanger is essential in guaranteeing you’re giving your photographer the best opportunity for a great detail photo of your wedding dress. Make sure the hook swivels and it’s a clean, solid hanger. Ditch the plastic ones unless it’s a very good one supplied by your dress designer. Also don’t forget to have any tags taken off before your photographer arrives.

I was not the popular girl in school. Never the overachiever. Certainly not an academic. I gravitated toward art and sport. I never wanted to stand out in the crowd. I felt comfortable behind the camera.

I love weddings and photography. I love the artistic and physical aspect of documenting a wedding day. Getting recognition was not the goal, but it’s beyond words to have it. I just want to keep producing work my clients love.
