Relaxed Summer Wedding at Cliff at Lyons Estate

The Cliff at Lyons estate was made for summer weddings. The perfectly manicured and lush gardens, stone buildings, and tiny chapel on the lake shine brightest on a day like Sarah and Richard’s wedding day. All the pieces were in place for a beautiful wedding. Choosing to work with wedding vendors to match the Lyons estate style, such as Lulabelle, The Wedding Cake Boutique, and Appleberry Press create a flawless photo perfect setting.

Sarah and Richard chose to celebrate their international love with their many international guests in one of my favourite intimate venues. And as luck would have it the sun shone and the day was magnificent.

I spent two days with them and their crew traipsing from one iconic spot to the next.

Julies choice of dress change (a one off @colleenatwoodofficial original for a demure ceremony look and sequin fitted gown for the after party) elevated each part of the day.

I was not the popular girl in school. Never the overachiever. Certainly not an academic. I gravitated toward art and sport. I never wanted to stand out in the crowd. I felt comfortable behind the camera.

I love weddings and photography. I love the artistic and physical aspect of documenting a wedding day. Getting recognition was not the goal, but it’s beyond words to have it. I just want to keep producing work my clients love.

Thank you @wezoree for including me on this list. There is easily a mountain of other names on this talented island that deserve this honour.
