My Last Blog Post of 2013

. category: A Slice of Christina
  • That’s right folks this is my last blog post of the year as I’ll be stepping out of the office to take a relaxing break over the holidays. You can expect me back mid-January to full blogging order and trust me I’ve got some pretty eye candy to kick off the new year.

2013 was a fabulous year. Thank you to all my couples, wedding vendors, venues, bloggers, magazine editors, photographer and videographer friends who made it an epic year. 2014 looks to be bigger and better as I’ve set out new projects for myself (always planning and scheming) and look forward to bringing my brilliant husband on board (sorry, he won’t be photographing) to get the ball rolling.

This year taught me the value of unplugging. I’ll be bringing this with me in 2014. Being in the wedding industry, with busy season reining from mid Spring to early Winter, I didn’t dream of switching off until January. From next year onward I’ll be enjoying the benefits of unplugging from time to time. I think it’s something everyone, no matter what industry, can hugely benefit from.

To all the couples who are recently engaged over the holidays, congratulations! Be sure to check out all my wedding tips and be sure to stop by the blog every Thursday for more. I hope they might come in handy while planning your wedding.

Happy Holidays blog readers! We’ll meet again in 2014!
