Quick Tip Thursday: Time For Wedding Portraits

. category: Wedding Tips
  • Yes ok I missed the boat and this post is coming to you on Friday instead of Thursday. Apologies blog readers. You probably wouldn’t believe me if I said the cat ate my homework? Nope neither would I.

For those of you who wonder how much time to allocate on wedding portraits I always tell my couples to allocate one hour. 20-30 minutes for families and groups (10 groups on average) and 30-40 mins for your bride and groom portraits. Talk to your photographer. Some will ask for more time and some don’t mind less but I’ve found this is the average amount of time you should allocate so you’re not rushing through.
