Claire and Arnold’s intimate wedding at Carton House was a reflection of what’s most important to them. With just a few of their closest family and friends they enjoyed a very relaxed day. They chose to have their ceremony and dinner in the original building at Carton House. It is a gem of a building with it’s ornate interior, like walking into a mini Versailles. Claire’s Alice Temperley dress was so simple and elegant and suited her perfect petite figure. With thanks to The French Touch and The Cake Stand, perfect simple details adorned the reception room.
There was so many heart-warming moments throughout Claire and Arnold’s wedding day. Tradition dictates that during the wedding speeches only a handful of people actually speak. Claire and Arnold went against tradition and let every guest say a few words which no doubt made the day very special to them. There was laughter, love, and tears of joy. Claire’s sister surprised everyone with a tune on the piano which held so much meaning for Claire.
Claire and Arnold’s wedding was what weddings are truly about. Not the little details but celebrating the love of two people.
