Adele & Ian’s Simple Chic Wedding in Tankardstown

. category: Weddings
  • Adele and Ian’s wedding at Tankardstown House oozes with style. To me Adele radiates lots of ‘Audrey Hepburn style’. The simple yet very classy and chic Jason Wu dress Adele chose was found on Net-A-Porter. Yes you heard right she sourced her wedding dress from the internet! I’m lovin’ it. Her stunning headpiece was from millner Edel Ramberg.

The morning of the wedding Adele had two pairs of possible wedding shoes, both which were just as perfect for the dress, but I think she made the right choice with her blush and black lace Christian Loub’s as they added a little bit of fun to her ensemble. All the details of the day were elegantly chosen and I especially loved the letterpress invitations by Farrell & Chase. With Ian being a car fanatic each guest place card was tied to a matchbox car, another fun detail. I love their sense of fun.

Adele and Ian chose to have their civil ceremony in the orangerie of Tankardstown. It was a dream space to photograph with so much natural light spilling in from the sky lit roof. After the ceremony we popped into the beautiful gardens for some evening portraits and found a pair of bicycles that seemed too perfect for a bride and groom. Adele & Ian were pure joy to photograph. Their fun loving and carefree personalities shown through in every moment I captured. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
