Clare & Aidan’s Royal Wedding Day in Barberstown Castle, Co.Kildare

. category: Weddings
  • You may remember Clare and Aidan from their London engagement session I photographed last year. Clare and Aidan were married the same day as the royal wedding, though Clare and Aidan booked the day long before Will and Kate. This wedding was one I was excited for since my first meeting with Clare and Aidan. Firstly, they are just a gorgeous couple on the inside and out. Second, as soon as I heard that Clare was wearing the Jenny Packham Charlie dress I was jumping with joy! I really loved Clare's vintage hollywood style. She paired her gorgeous gown with the perfect pair of heels and crystal hairpiece from Ban.do. Aidan was looking every bit dapper in his Oxford morning suit.

Clare and Aidan were married in Lady Chapel and then headed over to Barberstown Castle for their reception. There were so many great moments but definitely the first dance really kicked the party into full swing! Clare and Aidan had everyone up cheering and on the dance floor. I wanted to stay and party with them all night! Best first dance I've seen!

Clare and Aidan many congratulations on your wedding and wishing you lots of success in Singapore!

Order of Service booklets were sourced from Folksy. Clare's vintage hairstyle was done by the talented Christine Murphy from The Powder Room Girls. The beautiful bouquet's were done by Magda Louw of Occassions (contact details available from Barberstown). Their cake was made by French Wedding Cakes.
