Siobhan + Kevin’s Wedding in Meath

. category: Uncategorized
  • Once again I was working with the talented Dave McClelland. You may remember an earlier post where I second shot for Dave in Wexford. This time he returned the favour and helped second shoot Siobhan and Kevin's wedding. I remember when I first met Siobhan for a cup of coffee and hoping she would book me for her wedding because I knew she would make a stunning bride, and she did! And I was so right, she was a stunning bride! And I just loved her dress.

Being from Malahide, Siobhan wanted to go to Malahide Castle for photos with the bridal party. Even with the crowds of tourists they were so relaxed and natural in front of the camera. Thanks to Dave for providing some of his famous homemade mustaches which were a hit with the bridal party!  Having a cute prop can add so much to your wedding photos. Siobhan and Kevin did a superb job planning the details of their wedding, especially choosing the wedding attire. The bridesmaids dresses had a vintage feel and the groomsmen were well tailored. No one looked like they were put into a dress or suit that didn't (pardon the pun) suit them. Congratulations Siobhan and Kevin!

    Ceremony: Malahide Village Church, Co.Dublin
Venue: Trim Castle Hotel, Co.MeathIt's always a pleasure working with Dave. His style for getting different angles really helped add to Siobhan and Kevin's photos. And I can't resist having a few tilt-shift photos added to the mix. Careful Dave, one day you may find your tilt-shift lens suddenly disappeared! It's definitely on my long list of wants! Here are just a few of my faves of Daves! Check out some more on his blog.Second shooters always get me in action! It's a good way to critique myself and to know if I'm dressing the part!Your Wedding Photographer,
