Triona + Louis’s Nautical Cork Wedding
August 31st, 2010.Triona and Louis were married in the quaint town of Glandore in West Cork. When I arrived in the morning the sun was shining. It is the most picturesque location for a wedding. When the sun is shining in Glandore it’s like you’re not in Ireland anymore, it’s as if you’ve been transported to some beautiful spot in the mediterannean. It took my breath away, and so did the bride and groom. Triona and Louis were so calm, so in love, and so great in front of the camera. Triona and Louis had a short blessing at the chuch on the grounds of The Rectory. With the town just at our footstep there was endless possiblilites for photos. If time allowed I could have photographed the two of them all day.
The Rectory was beautiufully decorated with little touches of nautical themes as Triona and Louis both have a love of boats and diving. It was the perfect setting with the house overlooking the bay as the sun set on the many sailboats floating in the water. It was the perfect day.
Congratulations Triona and Louis. I hope you’re enjoying your honeymoon!
