Portrait Session In Co.Kerry
February 25th, 2010.While we were visiting Dingle one weekend I had the pleasure of photographing my sister-in-law Orla. It was just for a bit of fun. There are so many great places to photograph in that part of the country. It was great to have a model that I knew, which made the whole shoot more relaxing. The great thing was that Orla was up for any idea that I had and wasn’t embarrassed to be seen doing any of the strange things I asked. We spent the day driving until we spotted somewhere on the side of the road and popped out of the car for a few snaps (having Colin as a chauffeur was great!). I’d love to do all my portrait sessions like that. Popping in and out of the car at various locations gives you a real buzz and makes the whole experience more enjoyable and funny enough more relaxing. I’ve been trying to encourage my brides and grooms to do the same thing when they have a long drive from the ceremony to the reception. I follow behind them in my car and if we see somewhere that would make a great shot we pull over for a few snaps. I’ve gotten some of my favourite shots that way. Anyways enough of my rambling and on to the photos.
Thanks Orla for a fun day!

Brilliant Christina. My fave is 3rd up from the bottom. Great lighting. That’s a real ‘Brosnan’ shot
Thanks for the lovely comments! I had so much fun that day. Yes Dave I guess that is a very Brosnan Photo shot!
These are gorgeous!
I just got around to looking at these, they are great! How did you get her up on the window ledge. I love the ones with the black back ground.
