Another Fab Wedding Video
January 21st, 2010.I am a huge fan and follower of Stillmotion. I can’t get enough of their blog. In case you missed my previous post on Stillmotion they are a team of videographers and photographers in Canada. But their wedding videos surpass anything I’ve ever seen. They use Canon’s digital photography cameras (5D Mark II’s and such) instead of the traditional video cameras most videographers still use. They tell stories instead of just record your day in sequence. They use tracks and rails instead of just tripods. And most importantly they love what they do and don’t just see it as a job. Their passion to create videos has put them in my eyes (and I’m sure many others) as the best in the industry.
This morning I watched one of their recent same day wedding edits. I am posting it for you today because the wedding was in Chicago. I am always too thrilled when I come across anything Chicago. This wedding was only just before New Years. Only a few days before I was visiting. Darn! I would have loved to stumble upon that wedding. Without further ado here is another fab wedding video from Stillmotion.
If you are looking for a fabulous videographer you’re in luck! Stillmotion travel worldwide (but they will charge you for it).

Hi, Christina! I’ve heard about Stillmotion before and I agree their work is absolutely amazing! it’s very natural, without any fuss, enchanting and flowing beautifully )))
Their videos are amazing! I had to watch this one without the sound.. and It looked like a [very long] commercial for beer. =)
Great work alright I shoot with the 5D MKII and I have to admit its a great piece of machinery..! I have yet to dabble into doing some film work but its not a small undertaking..! So you can really appreciate the work these guys must put in!
Stillmotion are mega…but there are a couple of guys in this country starting to show a bit of inspiration when it comes to wedding videography….one in particular this side of the country is Niall at http://www.completeweddings.org. I’m not normally a fan of videos, but Niall’s work is so good, I’ve asked him to shoot my own wedding in Sept!
